Terms & Conditions of Use

Support Policy

At MEG Venture, we offer two options for module installation: self-installation or professional installation by our specialists for an additional fee. If you opt for self-installation, you assume full responsibility for the successful installation of the module. In this scenario, we do not provide support. We guarantee the functionality of each of our modules, which are rigorously tested with the default PrestaShop theme. Please be aware that compatibility issues may arise with other themes. Should core modifications be necessary to ensure compatibility with your custom theme, we reserve the right to request an additional charge.

Upgrades

Upon purchasing our module, you are entitled to free updates for one year from the date of purchase. While we strive to inform our customers promptly about new versions or updates, we are not responsible for untimely notifications. Updates will be reflected in the module descriptions, so customers are encouraged to check these regularly. You may also opt-in for our newsletter subscription to receive timely updates. Our commitment is to regularly notify customers of any released updates through our newsletter system.

Refunds

We are committed to resolving any errors encountered in our modules. Despite our extensive and rigorous testing, unforeseen errors can occur. In instances where we are unable to fix an error, we provide refunds. We assure full functionality of each of our modules. For any queries or assistance, customers are encouraged to utilize our "Contact Us" page or support ticket system.
